Michael was dux of the MBA and LLM programs at the University of Adelaide at the age of 23.

He is an experienced barrister and solicitor licensed in Australia, practising in commercial law.

He represents the commercial interests of high net worth private clients, not-for-profits and leading enterprises.

Michael is also chair of the Constantine Organisation and Constantine Foundation.
